Persistence is Key

Although I have had a couple of setbacks with my 21 Day Fix and road to a healthier life I have learned to not let those things get me down to where I want to quit. Instead of letting these setbacks upset and deter me from my goal I'm learning to just push myself harder the next day to get back on track.... It's a good feeling to notice my frame of mind changing.

So if a setback ever makes you want to stop and quit just remember it's only 1 DAY and you can easily get back on track tomorrow... just remind yourself WHY you are doing this and what your GOALS are!
Lfe happens and things come up, just don't let those things stop you from achieving your dreams.
