Workout went well, but boy am I out of shape right now! I can't make any excuses with only 30 minutes to push through and this is a GREAT program to get me started on my journey to getting back into a healthy lifestyle.
I also went grocery shopping so I can meal prep for the rest of the week, OH and I love the Shakeology. I added some powered peanut butter, a little almond milk, water, coconut oil and ice and it was delicious!!!
Cant wait for day 2!!!
Can't forget to mention the AMAZING support my challenge group has been.
