Persistence is Key
Although I have had a couple of setbacks with my 21 Day Fix and road to a healthier life I have learned to not let those things get me down to where I want to quit. Instead of letting these setbacks upset and deter me from my goal I'm learning to just push myself harder the next day to get back on track.... It's a good feeling to notice my frame of mind changing.
So if a setback ever makes you want to stop and quit just remember it's only 1 DAY and you can easily get back on track tomorrow... just remind yourself WHY you are doing this and what your GOALS are!
Lfe happens and things come up, just don't let those things stop you from achieving your dreams.

Monday Motivation
So I know it's past Monday, but I have been on the road traveling from Arizona to DC and haven't been able to post anything until today. The reason I am still posting my Monday workout is to show everyone that no matter what you have going on you can stick to this workout and healthy eating.
Day 8 of the #21DayFix
To stay on track while on the road I packed a backpack with my workout essentials like the DVD's, weights, my Nike Studio Wraps and gym clothes. I also brought a laptop as some hotels don't have DVD players. As far as healthy eating I packed an ice chest for the road so I could have good choices for snacks instead of being tempted to stop at fast food joints or grab a ton of junk food at the gas stations, which I would normally do.
In the mornings I would get up and workout and make my Shakeology before I hit the road. Normally, I will add coffee and cinnamon or PB2 and possibly a banana to my shakeo. This also helped keep me energized and full to help drive such a long stretch.
I truly know if I can stick with this program while traveling then ANYONE can do this!!!

Another day closer....
Day 4 of the 21 Day Fix....
It's always nice to know I am another day closer to my goal...

Day 1 of the 21 Day Fix...
So it's Monday and my first day of starting the 21 Day Fix!
Workout went well, but boy am I out of shape right now! I can't make any excuses with only 30 minutes to push through and this is a GREAT program to get me started on my journey to getting back into a healthy lifestyle.
I also went grocery shopping so I can meal prep for the rest of the week, OH and I love the Shakeology. I added some powered peanut butter, a little almond milk, water, coconut oil and ice and it was delicious!!!
Cant wait for day 2!!!
