One Day At A Time....

Sometimes I need to remind myself to take things one day at a time. I often dwell on things I didn't accomplish the day before, like missing a workout or eating something I should't have. I need to remind myself that what's done is done and there is no going back to yesterday to fix it, that day is over and we all need to live in the present. The current day we are living is all we have control of and we can only learn from our past mistakes. Dwelling on the past doesn't accomplish anything but frustration and looking too far ahead is out of our control.

Focus on what you can achieve today and just remember even if you take small steps it's still progress and getting you closer to achieving your goals.
