Hey everyone... just a heads up that there is still time to sign up for the PiYO Challenge Group that starts on Monday!!!

If you want further info or want to sign up then please message me and I can help you get started. This workout can be modified for anyone and will burn calories, build strength and define some amazing muscle. I am super excited for this group and for something new to add to my fitness routine!!!
